This place is fancy and the staff is top-notch. Great spot close to the football stadium 🏟️. Plus, they've got a restaurant in the lobby serving up breakfast.

Comfortable bed is a dream, big bathroom, tea/coffee setup, a desk to do some work, and even an iron and ironing board 👌. the staff here are really nice and helpful too!

The hotel looks nice the staff are good but it is an old hotel... The smell of an old place is there and you can smell it once you get in.. The bathroom is small and not up to date... Needs a little bit more cleaning and polishing.. Wall paper on the room is really old needs updating too.. Not recommended for family with young children but ok for business trip...

The only thing I liked about the Crowne Plaza is the staff - very friendly and helpful. There is nothing else to like about it.

Old and strange facility that needs much tlc - peeling tiles & wallpaper everywhere, old, worn carpeting and furniture. We were awakened at 8am on a Sunday by extremely loud music that rattled our walls. Discovered that there was a gospel church service being held on the premises!!!!! Unbelievably poor judgement on management's part. We packed and left early because of it and really feel that we should be refunded a portion of our money. I would not stay here again. At $114 per night - very over priced; this is, at best, a $75 per night place.

The location here is excellent and very close to everything, the rooms have been recently renovated and are modern with comfortable beds, and the service is overall fantastic.

It was advertised as downtown which it wasn'T. It required a taxi ride for everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice (older) hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the indoor pool was a nice touch (it was unseasonably cool when we came through).

It billed itself as "walking distance" to uk campus. Technically, this is true, but not to the part of campus that most visitors are wanting to walk. Downtown is also a bit of a stretch for waking due to the busy streets and distance. That said, everything was in very easy driving distance.

Here, the rooms are spacious and distinctive, with incredibly comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms, all set in a fantastic location close to everything in the area.

We were able to use the scales in the work out room, to make sure our suitcases were not overweight.

Our main reason for choosing this hotel was that it offerred a shuttle bus service to and from the airport.We were told by the driver that it ran at 30 minute intervals.To our dissappointment on the Thursday after having dropped off our hire car at the airport,we had waited for more than one hour.After this time I made an enquiry at the desk in the lobby of the airport, why we had been waiting for so long and I was told that they only responded to direct telephone requests.We then phoned the hotel and the bus was with us in about 15 minutes.The driver had originally told me that the first bus left at 5am.After thje experience that I had had,I took the precaution of booking the bus for Friday at 5am with the front desk.I think that your brochures and internet hotel description, should make it clear that shuttle bus is strictly for those people who have pre-booked it. I found the alarm devise extremely difficult to programme.I am ashamed to say that it took me about an hour to successfully alter the devise to my requirements but I did get a real feeling of having achieved something of significant proportions.

Comfortable rooms with a modern vibe, plus some really delicious breakfast options to start your day off right 🍳. Don't forget to check out the cool pool area for a relaxing time.

When we booked the room on your websight we liked the king room because of the roominess , and the large bathroom ,but the room was not as advertized .Small bathroom, small room . The staff was kind enough to move us to a larger room. They do not have double bowl vanities in their bathrooms .
